Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using DockLockr (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your licence

When you buy DockLockr we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the app for your own purposes on up to three (3) devices that you own or control. You can move the licence between your own devices at any time by deactivating one and activating another.

3. Free trial

DockLockr ships with a 3-day free trial. During the trial you get the full app, no payment required. After the trial expires you'll need a paid licence to keep using DockLockr.

4. What you can't do

You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

  • Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the app.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where local law expressly allows it.
  • Remove copyright or licensing notices.
  • Use the app to do anything illegal.

5. Updates

We ship updates from time to time. Your licence includes free updates for the lifetime of the app. We may push fixes or security updates automatically when needed.

6. Payment & refunds

DockLockr is sold as a one-time purchase via Polar. You pay once and own the licence. If something goes wrong, email berk@biozalp.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no hard-feelings. EU/UK customers also have their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. The app, as is

DockLockr is provided “as is”. We've put a lot of care into making it stable, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we make no warranties — express or implied — about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

Your licence ends if you materially breach these Terms. You can also stop using DockLockr at any time — just quit and uninstall the app and it cleanly releases your Dock.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting paid customers will also be announced by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the DockLockr team is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
